Bernadette Mayer is the author of The Poetry State Forest, to be published in 2008 by New Directions. Along with Vito Acconci, she edited the journal 0 To 9 from 1967-1969, which was reprinted as a single-volume book in 2006 by Ugly Duckling Presse.
